Can I cancel?
Guests can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night, after reservation.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. At Tokyo it's R 500, taken on arrival and refundable.
